Aishwarya Rai, name that has achieved world fame for being the Most Beautiful Women on earth. With the crown of Mrs. World 1994, this Diva is a very popular and successful bollywood actress. At present living in Mumbai and dominating the bollywood industries by her charm and fabulous acting performance. Recently she has made her debut being wife of a spectacular actor Abhishek Bachan, son of the legendary actor Amitabh Bachan.

She was born in Mangalore as a daughter of marine biologist, Krishnaraj Rai, and writer, Vrinda Rai. Soon her family moved to Mumbai where she achieved primary education in Arya Vidya Mandir. She then joined jai Hind College at churchgate and then Ruparel College in Matunga, where she finished her HSC. She began her career as a model and soon in the year 1994 she was awarded the second place after Sushmita Sen in Miss Inida Contest 1994. Subsequently in the same year she won the crown of Miss World.

Aishwarya Rai first entered in to film industry with Mani Ratnam`s tamil Film, Iruvar. But she finally came in to limelight with the S.Shankar`s tamil film, Jeans. It was a huge commercial success, rewarding her with the Filmfare Best Actress Award South. Soon this killing beauty created a boom after appearing in a pepsi advertisement with actor Amir Khan. She then didn’t look back, her mind-boggling performance in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam(1999), earned her the Filmfare Best Actress Award. Taal, again a big hit boosted her career to its top. Supporting role in Mohabbatein and Josh made her the most sizzling actor. She became the first Indian Actress to be called as a Jury in famous cannes film festival. Her Role in Devdas was hightly appreciated. Recently released Dhoom2, gave her the image of most glamorous actress. In Guru(2007) she acted fabulously and maintained her crown of the most sizzling Indian Bollywood Actress.
